MBBF receives the sales mandate from one of the world leaders in the energy industry, the internal organization is structured on three different organs:

Staff trained in customer reception and therefore contract, report problems, and advise all customers who physically present or contact the office by phone. Activities performed: activation of new connections, meter installation, supply activation, volutations, takeovers, and counseling.

Personnel assigned to prospect for new opportunities and new customers through cold contacts (phone calls) and after-sales courtesy calls. The objective is to procure new sales opportunities and set appointments with new customers.

Technical-sales personnel, professionally trained to recommend the best solution to the customer keeping in mind that to the best price, the maximum utility obtainable by the customer for the product sold should also be applied.
